How engagements run

Same process whether you are incorporating, launching a site, or shipping an app.

Discovery

Align on goals, constraints, data reality, and risk. You leave with a proposal that includes fees (often within the discovery bracket above).

1–2 weeks
Sprint

Time-boxed delivery with milestones: GTM, ops cadence, runway story, product MVP, or site launch.

4–12 weeks
Advisory

Ongoing execution support: leadership rhythm, metrics, prioritization, RMF and AI workflows in production.

Monthly

Capability

Lanes we staff

Five lanes. One operating system. Engagements can cover a single lane or stitch several in one SOW—see the rate card and homepage offerings.

  • Entity choice and cap table basics
  • Filing coordination and founder paperwork rhythm
  • Handoff to licensed counsel when required

Operations

How work gets done as you scale: cadence, clarity, and measurable throughput.

  • Operating cadence and leadership rhythm
  • Playbooks, SOPs, and KPI trees
  • Delivery capacity vs. demand

Marketing & websites

Positioning and pipeline, plus sites and landings when they support the strategy.

Software that matches your process—not the other way around.

Multi-lane work is one scope and one invoice structure—we do not stack duplicate “strategy taxes” per silo.

Common questions

Same layout as our platform reference on RMF: short questions, direct answers. Nothing here replaces your statement of work.

Are the dollar amounts on this page binding?

No. They are indicative ranges in USD so you know how we think about scope. Your signed SOW or agreement lists the exact fees, deliverables, and assumptions.

What happens in discovery—and is it credited?

We align on goals, constraints, and risk, then send a written proposal. When we both want to proceed, discovery is often credited toward a signed sprint—your proposal will say so explicitly.

Do you provide legal advice or file on our behalf?

We do not provide legal advice. Formation work is operational coordination with your counsel or registered agent. Licensed attorneys handle filings and opinions where required.

What about state fees, tools, and pass-through costs?

State filing fees, registered agents, paid APIs, and similar costs are usually billed separately unless your SOW includes a fixed all-in package for a defined scope.

Are Platform tools really free?

Yes for standard use in the browser: calculators, simulators, and knowledge hubs are $0 with no signup for typical flows. Each tool page notes if anything is client-side only or illustrative.

Can one engagement cover multiple lanes (e.g. website + finance sprint)?

Yes. We prefer one plan and one SOW when work is connected—so you are not paying duplicate “strategy taxes” for each silo. See also lanes we staff.
